APPEAL TO SUPPORT TUMAINI AFRICAN FOUNDATION FOOD BANK

An appeal to support community based organizations and groups to enable them meet the needs of the most vulnerable.

TAF is a community based organizations that works within Soweto ~ Kayole in support of children through various projects and activities.

When the government banned gathering, we stopped our Saturday feeding program and have since then turned it to a community food bank to continue caring for the 400 children, the elderly, the sick and those who are not body enabled but enabled in different ways but need our support and care at such a time as this.

In relationship to the above, we wish to appeal for your support through God Kshs 10 shillings support to enable us continue supporting the children and expand the net a little bit wide to care and cater for many.

Secondly, your support will help us to protect the gains we have achieved in mentorship, rehabilitation, taking some back  to schools, in reforming from drugs and crimes and more important in giving hope.That why we appeal for your support.

OKOA DADA WA GHETTO INNITIATIVE NOMINATED FOR E360 AWARD

Okoa Dada WA Ghetto Innitiative have been nominated for this years E360 Awards under the CATEGORY CHARITY GROUP OF THE YEAR. The groups efforts in highlighting the challenges faced by the Girl Child hasn't gone unnoticed and that's why they have been nominated.

They're relentless efforts in creating awareness to the various challenges facing the girl child and providing solutions to some of those challenges is inspiring.
